So, what does one do with time on their hands?

Usually, find a new hobby, continue working on an old hobby, perseverate on it for weeks, months, years and then act upon it or do nothing.

There are 3 things that are certain in this life....death, taxes and anyone with the name Fancy LOVES food!

I was considering doing a cooking class here in Bangkok. I've done them at various times, trips and stages of my life but then I happened upon Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy.

I could learn some of my favourite Thai dishes in a day

Master Thai Culinary Chef Diploma with 4 weeks of intensive Thai cooking instruction.

Day 1

-Green Curry Paste

-Green curry with chicken

-Thai style fried Rice Noodles(pad thai)

-Crispy fried mussel pancakes

-Stir-fried fish with black pepper

-Steamed fish with ginger sauce
